Meet the Team - Erin and Scott

For us, real estate is more than just a transaction.  It’s about really getting to know our clients and finding out what their needs and wants are, and then putting together a highly personalized plan to make it all happen.

Erin Annesley and Scott Riddell

We understand that buying and selling your home is more than just a transaction.  As realtors, we stand out because of our unwavering commitment to clients, our work ethic, and our ability to get things done from beginning to end.  We want our clients to be happy, to make their real estate dreams come true, and to build lasting relationships with our clients.

With over 8 years of realty experience, we are longtime North Vancouver and West Vancouver residents who are extremely familiar with everything that the North Shore has to offer.  Not only do we have lots of experience in the local real estate market, but we also have many years of personal and recreational experience in the local area.  We know and love the neighborhoods, schools, trails, beaches, local businesses, and all the wonderful amenities that make the North Shore so livable.

We are very hands-on when helping you buy or sell your home, or helping you buy an investment property.  We are committed to doing what needs to be done, even if it means having to do it ourselves.  If it’s something we can’t do, we will find the right type of professional to help you.  We have the real estate knowledge, training, tools, and experience to guide you on your real estate journey.

Meet Scott Riddell

Scott Riddell North & West Vancouver realtor

Hello, my name is Scott Riddell and I'm a realtor based in North Vancouver, BC. My wife and I raised 3 wonderful children here on the North Shore.  Over the past 46 years, I’ve lived in both North and West Vancouver.

I have had very diverse work experiences and job titles but all of the skills and knowledge I’ve gained helps me to excel at being a realtor.   I have sales experience in many different fields including painting and hardware, building materials, electrical wholesale, and automobiles.  I’ve also worked in construction and landscaping, and owned a Home Hardware store for 7 years.

As a long-time resident of the North Shore, I love pretty much everything about North Vancouver.  I love the water and the mountains, from Lonsdale Quay to Deep Cove and up to Grouse Mountain.  I think North Vancouver is a perfect size.  It's small enough that you see people you know often but large enough that you don't know everybody.

In my free time, I combine my passion for North Vancouver with my passion for physical fitness.  As an avid trail runner, I’ve explored almost all the trails in North and West Vancouver.  I also find time to golf the amazing golf courses we have in the Vancouver area.  Most people don’t know this but I’m also a local musician who leads The Scott Riddell Band.  You can often find me playing at local events like The Shipyards Night Market during the summer months!

I'm also very handy, have a great knowledge of getting a property ready for sale and helping to facilitate the moving of furniture or repairs etc.,  Contact me!

The greatest value I bring to my clients is that I can assess a property with different eyes than just an average realtor.  I’m able to look at a house and provide practical insight into what physical factors may affect the listing price of the home. - Scott Riddell
